Finding the worker
Allow the requested Bluetooth and Apple location permissions so Gratuitease can use beacon ranging for nearby discovery. You do not need to search by name or scan a QR code.

Tipping with Gratuitease
The customer flow is designed to be short: open Gratuitease, choose the eligible worker, select an amount, and authorize with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Guest and account tipping
Guest tipping is supported without a full Gratuitease account. A guest transaction is anonymized and does not create persistent tip history. An account adds history and faster repeat use.

When there is no signal
Nearby discovery and tip scheduling can work without Wi-Fi or cellular service. Gratuitease saves the pending tip locally. When connectivity returns, open the pending tip and authorize it with Apple Pay before any payment is created.
