Gratuitease

Gratuitease for Business

Every service point. One Gratuitease system.

Wearable and fixed-location beacons help guests find the right worker, room, or service point without scanning a QR code. Gratuitease then sends the tip directly or splits it according to the business’s configured rules.

The beacon system

The right identity at the right place.

Wearable beacons identify individual workers. Fixed-location beacons connect rooms and service points to the correct gratuity experience.

Wearable worker beacons

A compact, puck-sized wearable—similar in concept to an AirTag, but provisioned specifically for Gratuitease. One beacon identifies one worker, allowing staff to put the phone away and remain discoverable throughout the shift.

Fixed-location beacons

Connect a room or service point to the worker who completed the service. The guest sees the correct person or configured experience—not an unrelated list.

Beacon security

Provisioned for Gratuitease. Protected for the worker.

Password-protected configuration

Beacon identifiers are assigned during provisioning and the configuration is protected with the worker’s beacon password.

Not an off-the-shelf substitute

Random retail beacons cannot simply be connected to a Gratuitease account or used as a compatible worker beacon.

Routing and transparency

Direct when it should be. Pooled when your rules say so.

A wearable identifies one worker. Gratuitease can then allocate the resulting tip through business-defined pools using schedules and earning windows, with manager override for exceptions.

Operational intelligence

Understand what’s happening across your operation.

Use detection, prompt, conversion, and earnings signals to understand service demand, identify patterns, make better staffing decisions, and give workers visibility into what they earned.

Conversion signals

Understand how often a gratuity opportunity becomes a completed tip.

Staffing patterns

Use service activity as one operational input when planning coverage.

Worker transparency

Give workers a clear view into direct and pooled earnings allocations.

Beacon encounters are operational signals. They are not represented as verified occupancy or complete foot-traffic counts.

Built for service

Hospitality first. Designed to make tipping effortless anywhere service happens.

Across the entire property

One stay. Every tipped service.

Use worker wearables, iPhone mode, and fixed-location beacons together so guests can tip throughout the property without carrying cash.
