Valet ticket text-message consent
Last updated: August 22, 2026
Gratuitease, Inc. provides digital valet tickets for participating hotels and valet operators. A guest may choose to receive one transactional valet-ticket text message after voluntarily providing a mobile number to the valet attendant.
Verbal consent at check-in
Before entering a guest's mobile number, the attendant uses this consent script:
Attendant: “Would you like your valet ticket by text? Message and data rates may apply. You'll receive one ticket link from Gratuitease. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may choose a four-digit claim code instead.”
Guest: “Yes, please.”
Attendant: “Thank you. Your ticket will be sent shortly.”
The attendant enters the mobile number only after the guest agrees. Consent is optional, is not a condition of receiving valet service, and may be declined by choosing the four-digit claim-code option instead.
What the guest receives
Gratuitease sends one transactional message containing the issuing business name, valet ticket identifier, and a secure link to the ticket. The message is not promotional, and ticket status changes are not sent by text.
Opting out and support
A recipient may reply STOP to opt out of future Gratuitease text messages or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. For additional assistance, contact support@gratuitease.com.
